Parade Band

The Parade Band is synonymous with spectacular marching displays and has treated many generations of South Australians to the finest ceremonial parade music and liveliest street processions, resulting in a feeling that it's not quite a real parade unless the South Australia Police Band is playing.

Their International achievements to date include the internationally successful Edinburgh Tattoo in 1990, London Royal Tournament 1998 and in 2000 saw the Band return to Edinburgh for it's 50th year celebrations as Australia’s representative in the Commonwealth.

Locally and Nationally, the band has performed at the Moonba Festival, Melbourne, Brisbane Festival of Arts Military Tattoo, Tasmania Police Centenary Tattoo, Perth Royal Show and locally has performed at every Sensational Adelaide Tattoo's  (held at Glenelg S.A.) and Sensational Adelaide International Police Tattoo's at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

The Parade Band also breaks down into a smaller 24 piece floor show band, which is regularly used for smaller functions which sees the band forming conga-line around dinner tables, and an up-front-in-your-face-high-kicking extravaganza of music and precision.
